The Challenge:

Viber’s goal was to drive new installs and boost global brand awareness across digital, social, and in-app platforms - all without a production budget, relying only on in-house resources, stock assets, and our motion team.

I led the creative strategy, producing all assets in-house and creating tailored content for different age groups and audience segments across 12 markets to boost brand recognition and user growth.

The campaign reached over 12M users, increased brand awareness by 22% in key markets, and generated 280K+ new installs with a 2.33% conversion rate - all in just 4 weeks.
